SME-220 is an automatic cleaning machine for SMT solder paste printing scrapers. It uses water-based cleaning liquid for cleaning and deionized water for rinsing. One machine automatically completes the cleaning, rinsing, hot air drying and other processes. During cleaning, the scraper is fixed on the scraper bracket, and the scraper bracket rotates. The scraper is cleaned by ultrasonic vibration, the kinetic energy of the jet flow and the chemical decomposition ability of the water-based cleaning liquid. After cleaning, it is rinsed with deionized water and finally dried with hot air. After completion, it can be taken out for use.
