The FX-3R can handle components of various sizes, from 0402 chips to 33.5mm square components
It supports a variety of motherboard sizes, including standard size (410× 360mm), L width size (510×360mm) and XL size (610×560mm), and can support larger chassis (such as 800×360mm and 800×560mm) through customized parts
Production line configuration capabilities
The FX-3R can be used in conjunction with the KE series placement machine to form an efficient and high-quality production line. It uses XY tandem servo motors and fully closed-loop control, can load up to 240 components, and has electric/mechanical change cart specifications.
In addition, FX-3R also supports mixed feeder specifications, which can use electric tape feeders and mechanical tape feeders at the same time, further improving the flexibility and efficiency of the production line.
