BTUPyramax series reflow ovens mainly have the following features:

The maximum temperature of the standard furnace can reach 350oC, which has strong adaptability.

The use of forced impact convection circulation of hot air ensures the stability of the system and avoids the movement of small-sized devices. All system parameters are controllable. Utilizing forced convection technology, the heaters feature fast time response and precise temperature control, with exceptional thermal uniformity.

The upper and lower heaters in each area adopt an independent structure. The heater is composed of a three-phase motor, fan, open heating wire, temperature control thermocouple, overheat protection thermocouple and gas distribution system. The temperature response of the system is very fast, the temperature is uniform, and the reproducibility is good. . The system can heat up quickly, and the time required for curve conversion is very short. Side-to-side gas circulation is adopted to avoid temperature and atmosphere interference in each zone. Due to the hot air forced convection impact heat conduction technology, the heating efficiency is very high, and it has a strong adaptability to larger and heavier PCB boards. BTU's guide rail transmission design has the characteristics of light weight, small surface area and small heat absorption. This will bring the temperature of the hot air from the heater as close as possible to the actual temperature of the heated zone, thus eliminating the need for track heaters. The design of the chain and track transmission has a large turning angle at both ends of the furnace, and the chance of chain jams is greatly reduced. The chain has automatic lubrication function.

The superior heating efficiency of BTU furnace heater relies on BTU's unique forced convection technology and side-to-side gas circulation technology. A separate heating unit forces hot gas through the gas distribution orifice for optimal convection. Due to the fast response of the heater, the temperature deviation caused by the influence of the size and quality of the PCB board is automatically and quickly compensated. Using advanced PID calculation method to control temperature, the temperature control accuracy is very high. Since the temperature control thermocouples and overheating protection thermocouples in each area are close to the PCB board, the temperature displayed in the control software is very close to the actual temperature of the PCB board.

BTU adopts open heating element (resistance wire) heating, forced convection, 360-degree surround arrangement, large surface area, so the heat dissipation area is large, compared with the modular heater, it has the fastest response speed and high thermal efficiency, so the temperature is constant and more uniform .
