Off-belt printing is a central feature of the DEK TQ L. The PCB is supported and clamped independently of the transport belt during printing, establishing a controlled position between the board and stencil.
The NuMotion controller coordinates the drives, while closed-loop squeegee-pressure control regulates the printing force. ASMPT specifies a shortest core cycle of 6.5 seconds for the TQ L.
Automation options address material supply, board support and process feedback. These include automatic paste dispensing, Smart Pin Support with a magazine capacity of up to 60 pins, and integration with compatible SPI systems.
Print format differs between versions. Earlier specifications list 560 × 510 mm, while the current platform lists 600 × 510 mm with the specified conveyor arrangement. Our used-machine offer identifies the applicable format and installed automation.
