The I-Pulse M10 covers a wide component mix, from 01005 imperial chips to packages measuring 120 × 90 mm. Tape feeders and tray-handling arrangements allow small passives, ICs and larger devices to share the same placement platform.

The referenced configuration provides 72 feeder positions on an 8 mm tape basis. Interchangeable feeder banks support product changeover, while optional dispensing equipment extends the platform to jobs that combine material application and component placement.

Board length depends on the conveyor-buffer arrangement. The full transport path accommodates boards up to 980 × 510 mm; activating both input and output buffers changes the maximum board size to 330 × 510 mm.
