‌DECAN S1‌: As a new generation of medium-speed chip mounters, DECAN S1 can significantly improve productivity, with a chip placement speed of up to 47,000CPH (number of components placed per hour), and can handle large-sized PCB boards (maximum 1,500mm x 460mm)‌

‌DECAN S2‌: This is a high-speed chip mounter with a chip placement speed of up to 92,000CPH, suitable for large-scale production scenarios with extremely high production efficiency requirements‌

‌DECAN F2‌: Combining high speed and high precision, the chip placement speed is 47,000CPH, and the placement accuracy is ±28μm @ Cpk≥ 1.0/Chip, ±30μm @ Cpk≥ 1.0/IC‌ ‌High-precision placement‌:

The DECAN series chip mounters have high-precision placement capabilities to ensure that electronic components can be accurately placed on PCB boards. For example, the placement accuracy of DECAN S1 and DECAN F2 is ±28μm and ±30μm respectively.

The placement accuracy of DECAN S2 is ±40μm @ ±3σ/Chip, ±50μm @ ±3σ/QFP, ensuring the accurate placement of electronic components on PCB boards.

Wide component adaptability:

DECAN series placement machines can handle electronic components of various sizes, for example, DECAN S1 can handle components in the size range of 03015~55mm (H15), L75mm.

DECAN S2 can handle components in the size range of 0402 (01005″)~14mm (H12mm).

Efficient production management and maintenance:

DECAN series placement machines expand the component recognition range and improve the simultaneous absorption rate through high-pixel cameras.

Automatically align the slot position through communication between the equipment and the feeder, which improves the placement speed of special-shaped components.

Run-time calibration (Run Time Calibration) The Calibration function enables the equipment to automatically calibrate during the production process and continuously maintain the placement accuracy. ‌

Supports Multi-Vendor components, and can manage the same components from two manufacturers with one Part Name, and can continue production without changing the PCB program. ‌
