Board length and buffering
The maximum board size changes to 540 × 510 mm when both input and output buffers are active. This distinction matters when planning how boards enter, pause and leave the machine. Maximum board length and buffered operation should be evaluated as separate production arrangements.
Component handling
The M20 shares the M10/M20 platform’s component range, covering small chips through packages up to 120 × 90 mm. Tape- and tray-feeding configurations support assemblies containing several package types, with optional dispensing available within the hybrid platform.
