The REHM reflow oven VisionXC is a reflow soldering system designed for small and medium-sized batch production, laboratories or demonstration lines. Its compact design brings together all the important functional features for efficient production in limited space. The VisionXC system adopts a modular design, has high flexibility and application adaptability, and can meet diverse manufacturing needs.
Technical features Energy saving: The VisionXC system is equipped with a closed gas cycle to ensure energy saving and sustainability. Depending on the model, the cooling system can be equipped with 2, 3 or 4 cold zone units. The cooling slope is controlled by an independently adjustable fan to ensure that the components are cooled to below 50°C in a stress-free state. Temperature control: All heating zones can be individually controlled and thermally separated from each other to ensure flexible temperature curve management and stable reflow soldering processes. The nozzle area is short to the transfer surface, and the gas flow of the upper and lower heating zones can be adjusted individually to ensure uniform heating of the components. Intelligent software: Equipped with ViCON intelligent software, the interface is clear and easy to use, and supports touch screen operation. The software toolkit includes functions such as device viewing, parameter setting, process tracking and archiving to provide optimal assistance for the production process.

During the soldering process, electronic components will pass through various areas of the system in sequence: from the preheating area to the high-temperature area and then to the cooling area. For continuous processes, safe component transportation is particularly important. Therefore, we provide you with a highly flexible transmission system. Our transmission system can be perfectly matched to your components without being affected by the geometry of the circuit board. In addition, the transmission track and transmission speed are flexibly adjustable, and parallel dual-track soldering (synchronous/asynchronous) can be achieved in one reflow system. Depending on your specific needs, you can choose different transmission modes, such as single-track and dual-track transmission, four-track or multi-track transmission, and mesh belt transmission. When soldering large circuit boards or flexible substrates, the central support system option prevents deformation of components and ensures the highest process stability.
