ASMPT MS90 LED Sorting Machine

The ASMPT MS90 belongs on an LED sorting equipment page, where the focus is the handling and separation of packaged LED devices. It should be distinguished from wafer probing equipment and general-purpose semiconductor test handlers.

For an LED sorting process, the package format and sorting criteria determine the required machine arrangement. Mechanical handling, inspection or measurement stations, and collection positions need to work together so devices reach the correct output location.
