DeJT JIR-800-N Reflow Oven features eight upper and eight lower heating zones, providing a total heating length of 3110 mm. The upper and lower heating sections allow temperature settings to be managed throughout the reflow process, while three upper and three lower cooling zones handle the transition from molten solder to solidified solder joints.

The furnace measures 5520 × 1430 × 1530 mm and weighs approximately 2400 kg. It operates on a three-phase 380 V electrical supply, with a listed rated power of 64 kW, startup power of 30 kW and normal operating consumption of approximately 9 kW. The stated warm-up time is around 25 minutes.

Heating and Cooling Configuration

The eight upper and eight lower heating zones provide multiple temperature adjustment points along the conveyor path. This arrangement allows operators to establish a thermal profile with controlled preheating, soaking and reflow stages.

The 3110 mm heating section provides the available distance for these stages. Actual heating time depends on conveyor speed, while the temperature experienced by each solder joint also depends on PCB thickness, copper distribution, component size and placement.

After passing through the heating section, assemblies enter the cooling section. The three upper and three lower cooling zones use internal air circulation to remove heat and solidify the solder joints. Cooling settings must be considered alongside peak temperature and time above liquidus when establishing a soldering profile.
