A board with many component references needs enough feeder capacity to keep the placement job together. The FUJI NXT III M6 accommodates up to 45 component types on an 8 mm tape basis, giving this module a practical role in assemblies with varied bills of materials.
Interchangeable placement heads allow the module to take on different jobs within an NXT line. The selected head determines component handling, placement speed and accuracy; the M6 designation alone does not define one fixed performance level.
Our equipment proposals specify the head, feeder arrangement and conveyor configuration together, so you can compare complete production setups rather than machine bodies alone.
