The FUJI NXT III M3 gives line planners a smaller placement module for dividing work across an NXT system. It accommodates up to 20 component types on an 8 mm tape basis.
Its modular format allows placement tasks to be distributed according to the board’s component mix. Head selection determines whether the module concentrates on chip placement or other assembly requirements.
Many NXT II heads, feeders and related units are compatible with the NXT III platform, offering a route to reuse selected production assets. We help identify the module configuration and compatible equipment needed for your proposed line arrangement.
