Board size is a central reason to consider the JUKI KE-2070E. The E version extends the KE-2070 platform to an EXTRA-size PCB format of 510 × 460 mm, giving it a different purchasing role from the M and L versions.
Its six-nozzle laser head concentrates on chip placement. In a production line carrying both chip-heavy assemblies and boards with larger packages, the KE-2070E can be assessed as the chip-placement station, with the remaining workload allocated according to the capabilities of the other mounters.
Large panel dimensions are only part of the assessment. PCB thickness, support-pin positions, panel rigidity and component distribution also affect production preparation.
Share your panel drawing with us when requesting this model. We can discuss board handling and the feeder arrangement alongside the machine quotation, rather than relying on the nominal board dimensions alone.
