The EKRA SERIO 4000 allows the printing system to develop around changing production requirements. Its scalable platform supports different combinations of board support, stencil cleaning and setup-control equipment.
EKRA specifies alignment repeatability of ±12.5 μm and print repeatability of ±20 μm, both at 6 sigma. The published machine cycle is seven seconds plus printing time, rather than a fixed seven-second complete production cycle.
The SIMPLEX interface guides operation, while the quick-change squeegee system simplifies blade assembly replacement. Available configurations include iROCS oscillating cleaning, automatic support-pin placement and setup verification.
