The SIPLACE TX2 occupies approximately one metre along the production line. That short module length leaves room to add placement stages without a large increase in overall line length.
Within the platform, CP20, CPP and TWIN heads cover different parts of the assembly workload. Small chips, mixed packages and larger components require different pickup and placement sequences; the installed heads establish the TX2’s role.
Material supply includes up to 80 positions for 8 mm tape feeders, with tray and other feeding arrangements available. Machines fitted with the Long Board Option can process longer PCBs than the standard conveyor configuration permits.
