The VCTA-A410 is an offline automatic optical inspection machine from ZhenHuaXing. Its separate-station format allows boards to be brought to inspection without installing the machine between production-line conveyors.
A colour CCD camera and RGB ring LED lighting capture images for component and visible solder-joint evaluation. Inspection programs combine image comparison and colour analysis to identify conditions such as missing components, misalignment, reversed polarity and solder bridging.
The offline arrangement gives factories flexibility when organising batch inspection, first-article checks or a shared inspection resource for several assembly jobs. We review representative boards and defect samples to establish the inspection scope of the machine being offered.
