A large component list needs feeder space as well as placement capacity. The SIPLACE X4 S provides four gantries and up to 160 positions for 8 mm feeders, allowing a substantial material setup to stay at the machine.

The four-gantry arrangement distributes placement work across multiple heads. CP20, CPP and TWIN configurations cover different component groups, so the head arrangement can follow the actual distribution of chips, ICs and larger packages on the board.

Tray-supplied devices can enter through the corresponding tray-handling equipment. Together, the feeder capacity and head choices give the X4 S room to handle boards with both high placement counts and many component references.
