Viscom sets new standards in combined optical and X-ray inspection with the Viscom X7056, the long-awaited solution with true parallel inspection capabilities.
A high-performance microfocus X-ray tube developed and produced by Viscom is at the heart of the X7056's X-ray technology, ensuring a resolution of 15 microns per pixel. The iterative Easy3D software also provides high-precision image quality. As a result, complex overlaps on both sides of printed circuit boards can be resolved and features can be easily analyzed. By integrating 6-megapixel sensor technology, the X7056 offers the largest inspection depth of all Viscom systems at maximum productivity. Of particular note, the X7056 can be equipped with an AOI camera for simultaneous inspection of the top and bottom of the PCB.
Other features include the fast program generation capabilities of the Viscom EasyPro software and Viscom's full range of inspection algorithms. The X7056's hardware and software are fully compatible with all AOI systems. Optional high-performance VPC software belt feeder module uses vibration sensors to adjust process monitoring and process optimization with a variety of filter functions
